Jack has been an integral part of Analytical MicroLabs since joining the team, where he plays a key role in ensuring the company’s high standards of quality and precision. His responsibilities encompass a wide range of essential tasks, including conducting daily microbiological testing to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of results. Jack is also deeply involved in the Quality Control process, overseeing that all procedures meet ISO 17025 standards and follow the methods of our NATA accreditation. In addition to this, he takes charge of preparing and sending out final reports to clients, ensuring that all findings are clearly communicated and professionally presented. Jack’s role is also to communicate with both current and new clients, ensuring clear and consistent contact. He helps onboard new clients, understands their needs, and provides tailored solutions. Jack also identifies opportunities to expand relationships through upselling or introducing new services.
Beyond his technical expertise, Jack is responsible for ordering and managing the necessary media and reagents, ensuring that the laboratory is always fully stocked with the required materials to carry out tests efficiently. Furthermore, Jack uses leadership skills to manage and supervise the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment to meet the demands of the lab’s workload.
