Mythili is responsible for overseeing Quality Control at Analytical MicroLabs, ensuring all operations and processes comply with ISO 17025 standards and NATA methodologies. She closely monitors lab activities to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and adherence to industry regulations. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Mythili plays a crucial role in document creation, developing and maintaining comprehensive quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), test protocols, and compliance records. She ensures that all documentation is up-to-date and aligns with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, her commitment to the organization is evident through her willingness to take on weekend work when needed, ensuring deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
